8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 007Game1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform or Games.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These ToS and any disputes arising out of or relating to these ToS or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these ToS or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in India.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. We will post the updated ToS on the Platform and may provide additional notice (such as email) as we deem appropriate. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the ToS constitutes your acceptance of the revised ToS.
